The spacious accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, family bathroom, shower room, kitchen (including full oven, hob, microwave and washing machine), dining/living area, patio, solarium and communal swimming pool. The back door leads out onto a beautiful Spanish style courtyard with fountains and planting.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay and a cot, bedding, high chair and buggy can be provided free of charge on request. Welcome packs can also be provided.
Roda is situated close to the Costa Calida town of Los Alcazares with its beautiful new promenade, bars, restaurants and excellent shopping facilities.The blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor are also within a few minutes drive. The area is ideal for families and couples alike.
For golfers there are numerous golf courses within easy reach of the house, including the Roda Golf & Beach resort course only a few hundred yards away and the renowned La Manga resort and it's 3 courses only a few minutes drive. The courses at Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, Real Club de Campoamor are also within easy reach.
Watersports are available at the Mar Menor and there are riding stables in the area giving the opportunity of viewing the countryside on horseback.
The lovely cities of Cartegena and Murcia are within 20 minutes drive, providing shops, bars, restaurants and beautiful architecture.
The house is a 10 minute drive from Murcia Airport and a 50 minute drive from Alicante Airport.
